Casa Estoril
Monte Estoril

Where history and modern sophistication come together in perfect harmony.
Nestled on the ground floor of a historic palace in Monte Estoril, Casa Estoril exemplifies Studio Astolfi's commitment to harmonizing architectural heritage with modern living. This 103 m² permanent residence was reimagined to reflect the clients' personal tastes while honoring the building's original grandeur.
The interior architecture thoughtfully divides the home into three interconnected zones: the children's area, the open-plan kitchen and living room, and the master suite. The entrance hall serves as the central hub, featuring custom oak cabinetry that displays a curated selection of Portuguese artifacts, setting a narrative tone for the entire space.
Throughout the home, a palette of warm earth tones and rich textures creates a cohesive and inviting atmosphere. Signature elements include a bespoke wooden bunk bed in the children's room, a custom-designed oval dining table, and a deep blue velvet headboard in the master bedroom. High-quality materials such as terrazzo, rojo Alicante stone, and straw accents are complemented by lighting from esteemed brands like Bert Frank and HAY.
Casa Estoril stands as a testament to Studio Astolfi's ability to infuse spaces with personality and history, crafting environments that are both functional and emotionally resonant.

The interiors of this Monte Estoril palace have been reimagined to honor its historic grandeur while embracing a refined, contemporary aesthetic. High ceilings, intricate carved wooden shutters, and classical architectural elements are seamlessly integrated with modern features such as an open-concept kitchen and a playful bunk bed in the children’s room.
A hallmark of Studio Astolfi’s approach, the entrance hall cabinet serves as both a functional piece and an artistic statement, filled with objects that evoke memories and stories, adding depth and character to the space.
